Common questions

Quick answers, no rabbit holes.

How do I invite my partner to see the same trackers?
Open Settings, then Co-caregivers. Send an invite by email, they'll join the same child's data within minutes and see every entry in real time.
Where do I update my email or password?
Settings, then Account. You can change your email, reset your password, and manage notification preferences from the same screen.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Settings, then Billing. Switch between Free and Pro any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your tracker data stays yours on Free.
Can Sophie give me medical advice?
No. Sophie is a helper, not a clinician, she can summarise what you've logged and help you frame the question for your provider, but you should always check with a real clinician before acting on anything she says. When something sounds urgent, she'll tell you to call your provider.
How do I share the OB report with my doctor?
Open the Symptom Journal (or any tracker that supports it) and tap Share. We generate a clean PDF, then you choose where it goes, email, AirDrop, messages, or hand them your phone. We don't deliver it for you.
Can I export or delete my tracker data?
Yes. Settings, then Privacy lets you export everything as JSON or delete individual trackers, your Sophie history, or your whole account. Deletion removes your data within 30 days.
The app isn't syncing, what should I check?
Make sure you're signed in on both devices and that the network is up. If it still won't sync, sign out and back in. Persistent issues, send us your account email and the trackers affected, and we'll investigate.
